Hello,

As a long time Mac user (well, at least since since 7.5), I was still cautious with holding down the mouse button in Mac OS X when I first switched. Now, of course, I no longer fear the button holding, but I do notice that some processes still stop when I hold down the mouse button in Mac OS X.

By processes, I don't mean applications, but mainly things like animations in web pages and generally only when I am selecting a widget (like a scroll bar or a menu).

Any comments, explanations?

Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.
