If I have a Dual G5 running 10.2.8 or Panther and launch a Classic app, will both processors be utilizing the app? Only one?

Classic doesn't interact with hardware directly-that's all controlled by OS X. My hunch would be that it's up to OS X's multi-processor system to determine that but I don't know enough about how it works exactly to give you a definitive answer.

The classic app will only use both processors if it's written to do so, the same as if you were booted into OS 9.
