Apple leads traffic to computer web sites, Nielsen/NetRatings reports

Apple Computer Inc.’s Apple.com led all computer hardware e-commerce sites with 4.5 million visitors for the week ended Nov. 16, topping Dell Inc.’s Dell.com by 53%, Nielsen/NetRatings reports. Dell posted 2.95 million visitors, followed by Hewlett-Packard Co.’s HPShopping.com with 2.7 million.

Coming in at a distant fourth was Gateway Inc.’s Gateway.com, with 576,000 visits, followed by Sun Microsystems with 310,000.

hey mcsjgs....please try to post in the right forum....this belongs in the lounge.....the powermac g5 firmware thread should be in the powermac forum.....c'mon, its not that hard to figure out. the os x forum is already cluttered up with enough threads that are borderline off-topic without adding ones that are *definitely* off......
