We have two beige G3s running 10.2.6 server. All has been going well, except the last few weeks it won't let anyone login remotely after a while, or at the login screen. It'll just spin and spin an spin. The only way to get around this is to do a hard restart, which scares the heck out of me, because of the large number of webpages we're hosting off it of and the large MSQL databases that are stored on it. Any ideas about what could be causing it?

So the big problem for me now is that i brought the department webserver home so I could do some work on it, and now it won't let me login at all. It just sits at the login window and spins.

Someone I know suggested booting up off the cd and resetting the passwords. Does anyone think that would work?
