for new users, what type of questions would you include in the FAQ? I'm working on a mac web site and I'm trying to include a FAQ for new users curious about the mac platform.

Any ideas? Thanks!

How to change basic settings, how to add apps to the dock, how to force quit/log out.

Something to explain that clicking the red button in the top left of a window still leaves the app open, even when it is the last open window which has been closed.

Definitely add this:

To install applications that don't require installers, just drag them to your Applications folder. To uninstall these applications, all you have to do is drag them to the Trash. And yes, it's possible to reorganize your applications and put them wherever you want - the Applications folder is only a suggestion.
