Teleffect for Mac OS X?

	Does anything similar to this exist for Mac OS X? Teleffect 1.0 As far as I can tell the keyboard and mouse of one computer is shared at the input devices for a number of other computers. Allowing to switch keyboard & mouse by simply dragging the mouse onto the screens of the other computers (without keyboards and mice attached). Just like going between display 1 and 2 with a multiple display setup, but with whole computers!
