my safari is going tits up. i cant view flash anymore. i have the most recent flash plug in. i repaired permissions, and the disk with the panther install cd, and still nothing. hrmm. this is kinda pissing me off. i have pacifist, should i just reinstall safari? any other ideas? the only thing i can pin it to is that i do not have a flash.plugin (i have a java applet.plugin and a quicktimeplugin.plugin... among others) in my internet plug-ins folder in my library. i only have flashplayer.xpt. can someone check this for me? is that all that is supposed to be there?

guess its going to be firebird in the meantime.

P.S. mods please move this to the software forum. sorry about that one.

The flashplayer.xpt file is all I have in my Internet Plugins folder, too. No problems here.
Have you tried deleting the contents of the various /Cache folders and then rebooting?
