Apple File Services hangs

	I'm attempting to go back to 10.3. When I upgraded to 10.3.1, my printing stopped working. I have installed a fresh install of 10.3 on a second hard drive. I then copied using Carbon copy Clone everything except for the system folder back to the new install. when I attempt to boot from the new disk, the Apple File Services startup item hangs the system. I guess I need to know what not to copy over from the 10.3.1 system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
