Do you guys think 10.3.2 will have a reliable file vault? One we can use with out worrying something will go wrong.

So far, I've been using FileVault with no problems. I accidentally chose to recover lost disk space once but did not lose any data. HOWEVER, whenever I turn on FileVault, my home directory is reset and I lose all my data. If you choose to use FileVault, move or backup your home directory first, then switch it on.

Considering FileVault's job is to protect your home directory, not delete it, isn't your post a bit of a contradiction?
