Hi

I've completely forgotten what features of Address Book have been added in 10.3 so you'll have to forgive my ignorance but does Mac OS 10.2 Jaguar have the capability to print address book labels from Address Book?

If not, is there another third-party program that would work well?

I've unfortunately got 10.3 and a friend who has 10.2 is trying to print a Christmas list...

Thanks in advance.

Thanks that will do the trick, although it seems costly to simply do this one function. Any ideas on a freeware solution (i.e. anything that could import to an AppleWorks database?) ?

TIA

One idea might be to download and install Palm Desktop, and then drag all the vCards from your Address Book over, and then print from Palm Desktop - I'm not positive (you'll want to check before you go to the trouble), but I believe Palm Desktop had nice label printing features....

i'm using panther, but i would think this would work in jaguar, too (but check):

i have a DYMO 310 LabelWriter, a little printer that just does labels. the apps software can link into your address book and print a label for one person you select or you can select any number of people and print labels for all of them at once or print labels for a whole group...

it's a really neat machine and app.

Just a quick question ...

I just bought some Avery labels (they are listed when I try to print from Address Book)....

However, I cannot get an address to print with a NAME and a COMPANY NAME to save my life! How do you do this? All I want is labels that will print the following

<Name>
<Company Name>
<Address>
<Address>
<CIty, State, Zip>

URGH....APPLE!!!

Sorry for the rant, I just saw the first shareware (freeware) idea and downloaded it. Looks like this will do all I want and then some. Strange how Apple completely missed the boat on this one. Major flaw...
