For some reason, I can not burn CDs no more on my LaCIE cd burner. It is thought by Disk Copy to be unsupported, however it works perfectly fine in Toast. What should I do to get the CD burner recognized?

Isn't there anyone able to help?

More information: the computer is a 500 MHz Graphite iMac running 10.2.8 w/256 MB of RAM.

Not sure what's wrong, but I've got a Lacie D2 cdrw, been working fine in Disc copy, finder, and itunes. Is yours a similar model to mine?

I think so.

'd2'. Are there any drivers which are needed to be installed? There mustn't be anything wrong with the drive because it works FINE with Toast Titanium 6 (however I need the drive to work with Disk Copy).

No drivers that I'm aware of, just plugs in and goes, it's one of those drives that Apple mentions on their site as being fully compatible with OS X.
It sounds like yours is fine if it's working in Toast, have you tried burning from the Finder, or iTunes to see if it's maybe just Disc Copy that's acting up?
I'll have a look at their site, see if anything is mentioned, or if there is some firmware issue, but I've never had to update mine yet.

Does it need a ROM update?
