Hi,
I am trying to make a backup of my Two Towers DVD. I used a program called "DVDBackup" to copy it to my harddisk.

Now i have 8 .VOB files called VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB etc. and they are all about 1 GB.

Now I want to convert them into one Divx file, which should be 700 MB big so it will fit a CD.

Can anyone help me?

I have Mac OSX Panther and a 800 Mhz G3 iBook

If I was you I would just rip it again using 0Sex. 0Sex allows you to rip the entire DVD movie to one .VOB file then just use FFMPEGX (http://homepage.mac.com/major4) to convert to DiVX. 0Sex is much faster to rip as well. should take around 30 minutes for a 8 GB DVD.
