Apple will re-host the broadcast a few days after the original keynote to which you can use QuickTime Pro and save the file....

The latest release of VLC can handle rtsp:// streams, and should therefore be able to dump the keynote to your hard disk. I've been experimenting with the wwdc keynote (available from rtsp://a1517.v14244.c1424.g.vq.akama...2/wwdc_300.mov), and while I can view it perfectly from within VLC, I can't for the life of me figure out how to save the raw output to my disk.

If anyone can enlighten me, it should be able to solve both our problems.

We have a project going on. We're still at the beginning, but we also plan to ship it on DVD eventually.

Have a look:
