iLife 4 install and Activity Monitor won't show

I tried restarting but the the app doesn't open up even though the indicator is showing it open. Any clues about this??

BTW its on a 1Ghz 12" PB running 10.3.2 512 RAM

By "the indicator is showing it open", do you mean that the Activity Monitor icon is in the dock? If it is, click it once (to make it the active app) and then go to your menu bar and click on 'Monitor' and then click 'Show Activity Monitor'.
