I have wasted 2 DVDs also as I tried to burn my movies from iDVD.
It stopped in Stage 2 and shows "time remaining 111 minutes".. sigh...

Has anyone encounterd the SAME problem?
Please help me, I need to burn my movies urgently.

My machine = iMac G4, 17", Panther.
blank DVD = 4.7GB DVD-R
My movie size = 3GB

Haven't had that specific problem, but have had iDVD completely crash when it starts stage 4, Multiplexing and Burning.

The strange thing is that it works fine with all but one iDVD project.

I have just installed iDVD 4 and am trying that.

Fingers crossed?? You mean.. still NOT working well in iDVD4 ??
or should I buy Apple made DVDs ???
