Why does the progress meter pretend that it is transfering at like 600K/sec and then sit there while it is actually uploading?

I know its called an iDisk but Apple is not fooling anyone...

In Safari you can just type the meter into the Google field. For example if you type "10 meter in feet" you get this.
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.

i think it is just an error in the calculation. i only get this problem when i have like one file im uploading...or the last file is rather large and takes awhile to upload.

as i said i think its just a calculation error. it doesnt take into account the file size of the last(or only) file you are upload/downloading. its always been like this if i remember correctly.
if it bugs you that much submit the bug to apple.
