I have problem with my ibook g4 and panther. I have d-link dwl-122 wlan usb adater, which causes the probme e.g muose stucks and only option is to reboot to get computer running again.

I have newest driver (1.32) for dwl-122.

Is there any keyboard shortcut to shutdown programs or disconnect devices when os crashes or is there any preferencies that i can edit to avoid computer crashing so easily.

I'm quit nebie with mac os x.

Contact dlink and give them the information about the KP so that they can fix it.

btw, I would strongly recommand to sell your dlink adapter and buy an Airport Extreme card. It will work without any problem and you won't have the adapter on the side of the iBook.
