I notice some strange things in the sent folder in Mail. Most of the text is greek or codes.

The person I sent the email to is not what on the sent email folder it's another email I sent earlier to someone else.

There's no way to recall what I sent out at all. If a client ask for what was sent out, I have no record of it at all. What's the deal with this? Is OSX this bad?

Any help would be appreciated.
