I cannot import data to the calender and address sections of MS Entourage v 10.1.4 from Palm Desktop v 4.1. I follow the import prompts, but when I get to the file where the data is located, I cannot highlight the file and open it for import action.
Microsoft has a special conduit/software for that action. I'm not sure from your post whether you suddenly can't import or this is a first effort. But you do need a special program for the importing. Check the Microsoft web site.
