Behold the magic of Google .
Don't know if this fixes it, but:
"DallasPartialInsert error
Upon startup in Mac OS X, you may encounter a dialog regarding "HeaderOfDallasPartialInsert." This is a symptom of improperly plugging in your Apple Pro Speakers.
The Apple Pro Speaker connector is not a standard "stereo headphone connector", like most other computer speakers on the market.
To fix the error, you must push the speaker connector into the back of your computer until it snaps firmly into the jack. There will be an audible click as the plug is pushed all the way in."

As an Apple Certified Tech, I have also seen this. If your Apple Pro Speakers are actually plugged in properly, and you get the same issue with known good Apple Pro Speakers, you have a logic board problem.

The apple pro speakers have a tiny rom chip on the spliter it seems. This rom chip will eventually just break and well.. there's 2 ways toh ook up your pros..
1. plug in... waaaaait
2. plug in, turn up/down volume a few times if you hear nothing, unplug and you'll hear the internal speaker start blasting as if the computer thinks the pros are plugged in, quickly plug back in the pros and it'll work fine.
It's a shitty operation but in 10.3 if you leave it sit with speakers plugged in like that it'll take as longa s 10 minutes or more for the error to pass on and the OS to load

The interesting thing is that I don't have apple pro speakers. I never have. When I got this error no speakers where plugged into the computer at all. If this keeps up looks like I'll need to make use of Applecare... Not sure why it would suddenly happen....

If you don't have Apple Pro Speakers, you definitely need a new logic board, as your digital audio jack has gone wacky.
