Is there anyway to get Platinum Sounds on OS 10.3.2?

I loved having those sounds on OS 9.2.2 and while I've adapted, I still miss them. Is there any free application that can do this, or is there any hack I can do to OS 10 to let the Platinum Sounds work on it?
Mac OSX is like Windows XP... only good.
My Computer: OS 10.3.4, G4 733, 896 MB RAM, 152GB on two HDs

You could try Xounds. It costs $10.
