is there a way to disable the toolbar by default in 10.3.2? everytime I create a new folder or one is created by an application it displays the toolbar, which I loathe.
I've obviously already changed "View Options" on all windows and looked everywhere else, but I cannot find a particular setting for this and am thinking I might have to edit a conf file somewhere?
any help would be appreciated.
