Oh, and I had Mozilla, AIM, MSN Messenger, and iTunes open at the time.

What's on your firewire chain?
(I saw that mentioned in one of the crashes)
Also, have you installed new graphic's drivers recently? There are backtraces to Graphics I/O also.

I've got an iPod, and that's the only thing that has used my FireWire, but it's not hookedup. About the only thing that I have as far as graphics that I can think of is that I was running Shapeshifter at the time.

That doesn't mean it can't be bad RAM. Have you tried running the hardware test? BTW, the hardware test passing the RAM still doesn't mean you have good RAM.
If your directory structure is hosed, you could have files overwriting your kernel extensions. If you have faulty RAM, reinstalling the OS will make it worse. I would recommend pounding your RAM with the hardware test.
Any other KPs in the log?
The three KPs have nothing in common. The first two have kernel extensions in the backtrace, but the third one doesn't. The latter two refer to data access errors.
It's likely that you have bad RAM, even though it has been in there for two and a half years.
