I have X11 that came with Panther installed on my system. It worked fine when it was first installed but has now started to crash immediately after opening.
The 2 things I have installed which have probably caused this are: Fink-0.6.2 & x11extension0.92.
I have uninstalled the 2 pieces of software but this makes no difference, x11 still crashes.
This is what I get in the Console log:
XFree86 Version 4.3.0 / X Window System
(protocol Version 11, revision 0, vendor release 6600)
_XSERVTransmkdir: Owner of /tmp/.X11-unix should be set to root
[DRI] screen 0 installation complete
Screen 0 added: 1440x900 @ (0,0)
Quitting XDarwin...
Also when I open the Terminal now I get this extra line
-bash: /sw/bin/init.sh: No such file or directory
I'm no unix expert (just started learning). Could anybody point me in the right direction to x11 working again as i don't really want to do a full re-install of panther again.
Thanks Jason
