Bluetooth, iSync, and iSight Update Woes

Hi everyone-
I recently installed the iSight, Bluetooth and iSync updaters via Software Update. I am now having issues with my graphics card. When playing games (specifically Halo) I get symptoms similar to lag (jumpy framing and such) but the cause is definitely not lag. Has anyone heard of similar problems with these updates and/or is there anyway to fix it? I have received no help from the Games forum so please HELP!!!

I have noticed a lag, about every second minute, lasting for about 5 seconds after installing the updates. Noe idea what causes it. Most noticeable while in safari, spinning beachball if you try an action (any action - opening a page, scrolling or opening a menu) while the freeze lasts. Have tried to isolate the cause, observed top etc, but no success. Any ideas?
