For nostalgic reasons, I am looking for some 'curses' based UNIX games such as 'snake', 'robots', etc. I found the source code in

http://www.funet.fi/pub/unix/4.3bsd/net2/games/

but am having problem compliling them. These sources are for the 4.3bsd systems.

Without spending much time porting these codes, just want to know if anyone has binaries available for these games on Panther (10.3.2).

You can install GNU-darwins ports. It's based on the FreeBSD ports system, which means that it has source + patches to build a lot of stuff, some really old. I know that there are several curses-based games there.

Note that I havent' sued it in quite a while, but it worked well back in the 10.1 days.
