Where does iSync store it's icons?

Anyone know where iSync stores the icons for it's compatible/connected hardware? My friend is looking for the icon for his SonyEricsson P900 and various hardware and would like them so he can customize his own icons, using those that he needs to take out of iSync.

I don't recommend changing it though.

Thank you! He's not changing it, but he is making icons for his MemorySticks... since he has a few, the one(s) for his P900 will have the basic MemoryStick icon with the P900 on top of it. Same with his Sony digital camera, it has it's own memory stick, and now it will have it's own icon (except with his model of camera).
