Hi:
This may not be the best board to ask on, but I don't really participate in any other forums.

Is there an easy to use graphics program where I can take a scanned image, say of a map, and fill it in with color, and add labels that act as objects I can remove later? I know I could do the latter part in like, Powerpoint.
