When I installed Panther it installed iChat AV (I think because I know it is included with Panther). I didn't have an iSight camera, so I deleted it (I think because I can't find it). All I have installed is iChat.
I bought an iSight camera and want to install iChat AV from the Panther install CDs but cannot figure out how to do this without reinstalling the entire thing. It is not listed as an individual install when I chose to customize installation.

Any ideas?

Thanks

The iChat AV application is actually just called plain iChat.

If the icon for your iChat application looks like the icon next to the download icon on the Apple iChat page, you've got iChat AV. Additionally, About iChat from the iChat menu when the application is open will show iChat AV, and Version 2.0 (v145) (any version 2.0 or later is iChat AV).

There is absolutely NO need to use third party software. Find the install.pkg on the CD and doubleclick it!

As Proton said, all you need to do is download it from Apple's website.
