I have 2 HD's in my PowerMac G5, I can rename the System HD, but not the secondary, is there a way to? Thanks.

What kind of error are you getting on your 2nd internal drive? You should be able to change names without any problems...

Well now its not appearing to let me rename either drive. I click the name on the desktop like I would to rename anything, and it just selects the icon

Hmm, "Get Info" on the drive and see if you can change the name...

Sorry to bother you, I figured it out, it was set to read only for some reason, and because you can't repair permissions on it, i changed ot manually! Thanks for the help!
