This is a strange problem, and I've never really whined about it, but after about 6 months and 3 updates now, I'm totally shocked it hasn't been fixed, I've even complained about it before to the feedback page..

Ever since 10.3, the keyboard driver is just NOT the same at all. I mean, we all know about num lock being disabled (why oh why), but this one's just weird...

Sometimes if I hit shift + backspace + up, a comon habit of mine for changing my mind on what to say in IRC or on a forum, somehow the OS feeds out a null character.

In 10.3.0, this was fixed by unplugging the keyboard + plugging it back in. Yes I usually keep it plugged into my cinema display but even plugged into the g4 itself the bug has been known to happen.

Anyone ever have this happen? It has annoying little instances where in IRC when i type in a line instead of /me being acted out, it actually shows as [null char here]/me does blah..

It's about time this was fixed
Aloha
