My girlfriend has a new iMac with a vanilla system (10.3.2)

Help Viewer no longer launches under her account (admin). It does work for her sis' account (regular user).

Repairing disk permissions failed to remedy the problem. Deleting her Apple Help preference files (the 3 plists) didn't work. She doesn't have an Apple Help Prefs folder as I do.

Any ideas?

Okay, I think I found the solution when all else failed.

/Library/Documentation help files checked out.

Deleting prefs didn't work.

The problem was in the cache.
