If you have an Apple Bluetooth Mouse or Keyboard have a look at the battery level in Bluetooth System Preference panel.
It has changed.
I was a continuous blue bar, now it is a green 5 segment bar, seems to have lost a great deal of resolution in the change.
Where it was a gradual measurement, now you just see 5 levels.

Well on the old bar, I've seen it go down and even back up sparatically, so it does not really matter much that its changed. It not really useful to look at much anyway as the levels vary so much. My keyboard droped to about half way within a day or two of use, but now it has not changed it three months.

I agree it goes up and down all the time on my mouse.
I just thought I would mention that it had changed.
No idea why they did it though.

Also I think I spotted something new today (correct me if this is old news) - you can set alerts to come out of a different audio output than the rest of the audio - so you can have a headset without having alert noises in your ear.

I checked in 10.3.2 and it's there. Never saw it before.

By the way, is there a way do turn off the low battery alarm for the mouse? I gets really annoying.

I noticed the login window fades in (and out, if you select shut down).
Also (and this might have been in earlier releases, but I just noticed it now), the menubar slides into place much like the dock does.

Yeah I noticed that in 10.3.0 it's pretty neat.
