Sorry if this has been asked before…

I need to temporarily set up my system (10.3.3) to redirect all traffic (http, https, ftp) for a clients domain to an "unofficial", as in not registered in the DNS, server (a shared webserver operating under Linux/Plesk), in order to be able to copy the html content via ftp and setup the mysql database and the CMS before the new server goes live.

I dimly remember having done so about a year ago, using the NetInfo app, but the details completely escape me (getting old I guess…).

TIA if anyone can enlighten me a bit

Yeah, the original question wasn't asking what I thought, but I replied just in case. You're right.

Playing around with the NetInfo.app: duplicate localhost in /machines, re-name and re-direct it. Seems to work here.

Thanks for the tips.
