Unfortunately my work place is primary dominated by WIndows users. All the printers are controlled by WIndow NT and I am having difficulty in printing my documents via my powerbook OSX ver 10.3.3. Is there anything that I can do to allow me to print via the server that is running on Windows NT?

Adobe apps for the PC come with Adobe PS, a program that installs the PS driver and PPD for the printer you need to use. It can take a Mac PPD and change the end of line characters to work in the Windows environment. Now, what I don't know, is if all that can work through Windows printer sharing. That much you will need to find out. An ideal situation is if you could have a Windows server with Services For Macintosh serve up the printers.

Most network printers have an AppleTalk interface that you should be able to print to directly. We bypass our NT print spooler and go directly to the printer.
