Alright, I have recently been switching around computers and I have finally settled into my new setup. I now only have two systems (one the 15" alpb, the other a gaming PC). Anyways, through the fiasco I authorized other systems to play my music. Now I just want to clear all the authorizations and only authorize my notebook and my PC. But, when I try to authorize my PC it says that there are already three systems authorized to plat my music. When I checked the FAQ/help of itunes it told me that you just go to the advanced and then deauthorize button but when I go there it just tries to do it for the system you are doing it on. I no longer have the other systems that I authorized and just want to reset all the stuff so I can just get these two authorized. Anyone know how to do this???

Thanks in advance everyone,
Justin

Contact iTunes customer service and ask them to do it. That's the only way.

I've never had to do this, so I'm not sure. Try the iTunes Help menu item about customer service.

Yeah, I did this too, and they took care of me.

Took 2 days. We need to remember to de-authorize our computers next time.

The forum descriptions CLEARLY state that all applications questions (such as iTunes questions) do NOT belong in the OS X forum.
