Hi All,

I've just downloaded some colour profiles for my Epson 2100 printer, but don't really know where to put them.

I did a search for other .icm and .icc files, and I did put the downloaded profiles in root drive/Library/ColorSync/Profiles, but for some strange reason now my printer won't actually process jobs: jobs go to the printer, it clicks a bit, and then it's like I hit the "stop all jobs" button in the dialog box.

I checked the cables, cycled the power on the printer, ran a cleaning cycle, even restarted the Mac, but still no go.

The only change I've made is to put the profiles in, and I'm guessing I've put them into the wrong place. So, where _should_ they go?

/Library/ColorSync/Profiles is correct. Also acceptable is ~/Library/ColorSync/Profiles.

cool, thanks for the info.

btw: printing prob solved by de/re-installing the printer (in Printer Setup Utility). Glad it was a quick fix :-)
