Yo, I set my screensaver on my gf's 1ghz powerbook 12 inch running panther everything up to date, and well I have set the screensaver to NEVER, however it still comes on while i'm typing after 3 or so minutes. I can be typing in this thread, and it just turns on. Anyone know how I can fix this, or had the same problem?

Do you have any settings in Exposé set up for screen saver activation by certain hot corners?

Heh, those hot corners are a bit too sensitive in my opinion - it should require a few seconds fully in the corner, but as it is I find it annoying with the screen saver.. and even turned them off for Exposé. It's somehow much easier to find your cursor in the corners than one might think!

Do you have any Classic programs running? I have had this problem when I inadvertently had a screensaver active in the Classic environment, and had started Classic up for a particular program. Classic, and its screensaver, persists even after you close the program. You will need to disable the screensaver in the Classic environment to get rid of it, if that is the problem.
