Hi I just installed panther and somehow installed loads of languages I will never use. They added a long time on to the installation process so Im guessing they took up lots of space and contribute to my startup time.
Is there any way of safely removing these so panther won't complain, I'd like it just as it would have been if I hadn't installed those languages.
Thanks in advance

I've been fond of Monolingual since it'll let you select exactly what languages you want gone.
Let me ask a semi-related question. If you only have English installed for OS X can you still use the localization of software you install later on or will everything only install the English localization?

From what I know, and I've used DeLocalizer not Monolingual, you need to keep running these utilities to remove languages as you install software. I'm pretty sure that they don't keep a daemon running in the background for live or constant language removal.

3rd party software comes with what it comes with no matter what you did with your languages.
Apple's system updates will usually only install the languages you chose when you first install OS X, but most iApp installers will put in every language no matter what.
