Powerbook w/ 10.3.3 won't mount YDL cd!

Powerbook G4 400 with 10.3.3 installed. CD drive works fine will all other CD's, but when I tried to mount the YDL 3.0 install CD, it is never accepted and gets spit out.

The CD was tested and mounted on 3 other machines.
Ugh.
