Since upgrading to Panther whenever it came out I've found myself typing into the wrong terminal window or even the wrong app on occasion. Not every day, maybe not even every week, but on multiple occasions. Never happened to me before. Do you guys think they sacrificed a bit of usability for their new almost stripeless, svelte look on the title bars? Or did I just get a bit stupider 'round about when they shipped 10.3?

I don't believe the behavior you describe is a problem with the operating system.

It's quite true. I miss the 10.2 style..

I wish someone would make a 10.2 theme

What is weird in the aqua titlebars, is that they have no stripes until they become inactive. Then, stripes magically appear yet the titlebar doesn't become translucent as it did in jaguar. Quite strange behaviour. Whomever's overseeing the UI details at Apple needs help (possibly in the form of ritalin).
