How to reset forms with address in Safari?

Safari keeps filling in information from a previous address when I order something online. I tried empty cache and reset safari but it still has my old information. Is there a file I need to delete or edit?? Thanks.

You can edit the "AutoFill" preferences of Safari...have you done that for the particular site this is happening on?
