Hello,
I got a great problem with my Java and a radiographical software, OsiriX (http://homepage.mac.com/rossetantoine/osirix/)

Somehow I managed to erase my java 1.4.1 which is requried by the program.
I have installed apples upgrade to Java 1.4.2 but can not get the program working.
The system log looks as:

[NSJavaVirtualMachine initWithClassPath:] FATAL: cannot initialize ObjCJava. Exit

Would anybody plaese help me with this issue,
Many thanks

I would try to reinstall Java (you'll probably need to extract the files from the right package file which should be on Panther CD1 with Pacifist). Then delete the receipt files for 1.4.2 update in /Library/Receipts) and do the 1.4.2 update again.

Or you may want to reinstall the Java 1.4.1 update from apple.com
