How to change the background color behind the Login Window?

Does anyone know how to customize the background color behind the Login Window panel?

All you need to to is create an image that you want to use (jpg) and name it Aqua Blue.jpg.
Go to the folder /Library/Desktop Pictures and rename the file Aqua Blue.jpg something else.
Then move your Aqua Blue.jpg into that folder.

Alright, thank you...but how about changing that blue color...does anyone know where that (value, image) is stored?

I am actually thinking about the blue background color, while the OS switching to the Login Window. Is that blue color possible to change somehow?
