Having real problems with a new G5 Dual 1.8 (1GB ram).
It keeps doing this?

http://homepage.mac.com/msc1974/.Pictures/screen.jpg

I have run TechTools 4 and Hardware Test CD that came with the G5 and all hardware/software tests have passed.

It happens at least once a day and it also happens randomly... I could be copying files, opening files, opening Apps... anything really. The screen shot was taken while I was opening InDesign CS.

I don't think its CS either as I have set up 6 other G5's (same specs) and they all work just fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

Repaired permissions?
Still might also be bad ram.. I've seen bad ram cause that amd still repeatedly pass the Apple Hardware Test. Swap each chip out in turn, see if it goes away.
The worst thing about having a failing memory is..... no, it's gone.
