Hey, every time I right click or control-click on something in the Finder, no matter the view, the Finder quits on me! So basically I'm forced to use the darn action button which is no fun. I have Shapeshifter, Sidetrack and Menumeters installed but I doubt that's causing the problems. Is there anything you know of that could be causing this problem? 10.3.3 all recent updates installed. No third-party RAM or wacky usb-devices.

You are running a haxie so I would look there first. It installs APE in your root library > Frameworks. Move it to your desktop, restart and see if this fixes it.

Also see what you have in the both the root library > Contextual Menu Items and your home library > Contextual Menu Items. Move anything in there to your desktop and either restart or log out depending on which library you have made changes to.

I actually don't know what "Sidetrack" is so I have no thoughts on that.

It's an enhanced trackpad driver.

If the Finder crashes when you right-click then obviously you first should look in /Library/Contextual Menu Items/ and ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items/ what is installed there and remove it.
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.

Hey I deleted everything in those Contextual folders and the Finder is back to normal! Thanks guys!

Btw, I had StuffitCM or something like that and also JMzip. Don't need either and they weren't showing up when I brought up the action menu anyways.
