Ximian announced that they are opening up their Exchange connector as of the 14th. Already, the Connector is available to compile within Fink, Evolution has been there for a while now.

It is a little crashy (although the port is brand spanking new so this is understandable), and a little unruley to run in X11, but it actually works. The interface is very much like Outlook, so don't be intimidated by the fact that it is an X11 app (that is, there won't be a huge learning curve for you or your users). It also runs very quickly.

The only downside (other than it being an X11 app), like Entourage 2004 it requires Outlook Web Access to be enabled.

If you don't want to shell out for MS Office, this is a great solution (another is GroupCal, but it isn't free).

I'm using this SW heavily. Install using fink commander (fink.sf.net) and found that XDarwin is the most stable and fastest way to run it.

Great software, for Mac users who need exchange a must
