Ok,
so i asked my dad for a new comptuer, and he delivered me a G5, 1.8 duel Ghz one and a nice 20" screen with a nice sound system. Anyway, i was quite dissapointed, because of the fact that it was a mac. I had used windows all my life, and now i had to make the sudden change. anyway, im learning, got pretty used to the mac, but it seems like in mac everything is extremely user friendly, and im wondering how I am supposed to learn about how to do the fun stuff, like commands in the Terminal, and some nice advanced stuff. Anyway, anything like that, or some advice on nice utilities to download or some nice programs to download or buy. dont forget, im only 15, so that means that i am not someone who is looking for programs for engineering, just something i can learn from... thanks.

dont laugh at my stupidity, im new to mac

Also, any information you have (or can get) about UNIX operating systems... it almost all applies to Mac OS X (which is built on a BSD derived version of UNIX).
Just run the Terminal application (or dowload any of several variants) or run the X11 windowing application (unix' standard GUI) and you've got full access to the unix core of Mac OS X.
