It used to work, now I have no idea why after I use expose to minimize all the windows does the text in the windows are anti-aliased- making the text (font size 8 or 6) look fuzzy and unreadable. Otherwise all the options are checked to turn off AA in tinkertool and in the display menu. Any idea's?

What problem? Antialiasing is a good thing.

Exposé (under Quartz Extreme) uses OpenGL texturing to resize the windows. There is bilinear filtering during this resize, so stark black/white pixels at regular size will be smoothed with shades of grey when they are resized smaller.

Ummm, thats not good. AA IMO is poor. I like my text sharp and jagged- not fuzzy. Anyone know how to get the AA off during expose minimising? All other text it has been taken off.

You can't. It's impossible.

Exposé works by reducing the size of each window as a graphic. This happens after the text rendering has taken place. And antialiasing is a side effect of nearly all graphic scaling algorithms.

Amorya
What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.
