hello

I downloaded several OS uptades. and the MS Office test drive yest. on a friends comp. who has cable.

I burned a CD to bring them to mine. no problem with the CD as I can tell, but when I click on the disk images to install the software, I get a warning panel that says the disk images failed to mount due to a codec overrun

what does this mean and what do I do? Do I hve to down load all of this again?

does this have anything to do with the recent 'web;' security flaw? I may have run a program called dgtgf.dmg the other day andd then I may not have. can't recall

any ideas?

thanks rotut

Are you sure you didn't download that trojan that disguises itself as the MS Office Test ?

Well, I have never heard of an error message "codec overrun".
But Google has

Try this, maybe you find some help there:
